Tuition Payments
Tuition for each semester is due the first day of the semester. Payments may be made with cash, personal check, or credit card.
In addition, McNally Smith College now offers an on-line payment system. Tuition may be paid in full for the term through the online system or a monthly payment plan may be chosen. There are two ways to enroll in the on-line payment system. We have also added a Tuition Flex payment option that allows tuition for the semester to be paid in up to 12 monthly installments.
Process #1 (Monthly Payment Plans - 3 to 4 months)
- Go to paymybill.mcnallysmith.edu (this will take you to the SONIS homepage)
- Log in to SONIS Web using your Student ID number and PIN
- Select the tab labeled "Billing" (at top of page)
- Select your School Year and Semester from the drop-down menus
- Click on "Make a Payment / Payment Plan"
- The amount due will be populated from your SONIS billing statement
Process #2 (One-Time Payment)
- Go to ecashier.mcnallysmith.edu
- Enter Student’s SONIS ID# (located in the top-right corner of the billing statement) and Student’s name
- Enter payee info
- Enter amount of payment. The application fee for prospective students is $75.
Process #3 (up to 12 months)
- Go to MSCM.TuitionServices.com
- Register a Username and Password
- Click on the TuitionEase payment option
- Enter payee Info
- Enter the amount to be financed from your SONIS billing statement
- Use a valid credit card to pay the $75 application in TuitionEase.
Financial Aid
There are a variety of financial aid options available for students of McNally Smith College of Music.
In order to be considered for any federal financial aid, you must complete and submit a FAFSA application.

Books
Students may pay for books in person at the time of purchase in the bookstore. The following procedure is for those students or parents who wish take care of this expense in advance. To prepay for your students’ books, please contact or email with the following information:
- Student Name
- Student ID #
- Students preferred contact email and phone #
- Your contact information (if not the student)
Once received, the Bookstore staff will assemble the total amount of materials on hand and get back to the payer for payment. Students may pick up their books with their student ID badge when classes begin.
