Open Mic Returns for Round Two on November 16

The H20 (Hip-Hop Student Organization), Student Affairs and the Hip-Hop Studies Program at McNally Smith College of Music are proud to present the second Open Mic of the year on Wednesday, November 16 in the Soundbite Café! McNally Smith is calling all performers and fans to come share their talents with the world. This open mic is genre-inclusive — attendees are welcomed to perform in whatever style they choose. Share your poetry, lyrics, solo song, and use a prerecorded track or perform with a top-notch backing band including faculty member Kevin Washington. The doors for this free, all-ages event will open at 6 p.m. Performers can sign up at that time. Current McNally Smith student Ryland Sabien, aka Beak Nasty, will be the DJ for the event.
