management agency called The Musebox.

We would want a qualified music publicist and marketing expert who is also
comfortable in the ONLINE world to help out by joining our team, and working
from our NYC office. It is essential that you already have great
relationships in the press and media world and can hit the ground running.

Our vibe is rooted in the indie-rock world, but your ability to work within

      <description>Junkyard Empire, a well-established local radical political hip-hop/rock/jazz group, based here in Saint Paul is on the lookout for a new bassist.  We are a 5-piece band, playing live hip-hop, mixed with lots of indie rock vibe and a lot of jazz as well, lots of room to improvise, etc.  Need someone who is very responsible, has reliable transportation or lives close, has very solid time, experience live and in the studio, and is comfortable merging all these styles of music.  We do not make a lot of money, but that is quickly changing.  Travel to Europe in the Summer and regional travel to college gigs April - May and tons of college dates in the Fall.       <description>JOB PURPOSE: The Individual Giving Manager supports and collaborates with the Director of Development in order to plan and implement the annual giving program, special donor requests, donor events, and related donor programming and activities with primary responsibility for individual gifts under $1,500. This includes planning and implementing individual cultivation and solicitation plans, all donor communication activities including telefunding, direct mail, the Playmakers Program, events and special programming, and overall solicitation for the Annual Fund. This position supervises the Development Assistant who is responsible for administration of the database and certain other support tasks, and the Administrative Assistant (in coordination with the Executive Assistant) who is responsible for routine development tasks including donor mailings and filing. The Individual Giving Manager also administers the delivery of contributor benefits and donor fulfillment programs and is responsible for in-depth personal knowledge of donors. The Individual Giving Manager is also responsible for expertise in and understanding of the Audience View database, BI report generation, donor ticketing, and the Access contributions program, Ability to process and analyze information from the database is vital.

1.	20%	Plan, implement, monitor, report on results, and analyze contributor campaigns, events, and programs for individual donors 
2.	20%	Engage in communication with donors; personally acknowledge gifts
3.	15%	Create and implement new or improved prospect and donor campaigns yearly that are tied to Ordway programs and activities. Create systems for tracking and analyzing results.
4.	15%	Support Director of Development in all aspects of donor relationships and cultivation efforts.
5.	10%	Obtain database reports for all fundraising campaigns; ensure accuracy of donor records.
6.	15%	Support the system of individual donor benefit fulfillment through personal contact and organizational assistance.
a.	Assist major donors and board members with personal ticket requests, subscription renewals, and valet parking needs.
b.	Respond to individual donor requests for special assistance and implement donor recognition plans.
c.	Follow-up with individual donor special requests regarding Ordway and Board hosted events. Route requests to appropriate department and follow up to ensure that the VIP request was completed to the donor’s expectations.
d.	Implement and track donor benefit fulfillment.
7.	5%	Back-up support for other development functions, and other duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: BA degree preferred. 
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of fundraising experience. Donor relationship building, planning, monitoring and analyzing campaigns or similar experience involving direct donor contact. Experience in contributions programs and not-for-profit office environment preferred. 

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITY: Demonstrated ability to personally approach, listen and respond appropriately to individual donors. Ability to work independently. Strong analytical skills. strong organizational skills and ability to work to deadline. Strong writing skills, especially as it applies to direct mail and other donor communication. 

Working knowledge of performing arts preferred. Familiarity with fundraising software and familiarity with Twin Cities philanthropy preferred. High level of database, Word and Xcel skills and aptitude.

      <title>Individual Giving Manager</title>

      <description>Murphey’s Midnight Rounders, an Independent local folk band, is seeking a female soprano vocalist that can play a guitar. Practice is on a somewhat irregular schedule depending on when we have a gig. We are in the studio recording our second and third albums and would like the candidate available for recording. 

Ideal Candidate:
- 	Female
- 	Soprano vocals will be singing some lead but mostly backup vocals
-	Must be able to hear vocal harmonies	
-	Must be able to play 6 or 12 string guitar (you don’t have to be great, just willing to play) other instruments a plus.
- 	Quick learner –reading music is a plus, but not required
- 	Must be able to attend a festival at the end of June in Missouri and another in August in Southern Minnesota (all expenses paid).
- 	Must be pagan friendly.  Age is not a factor. Commitment and abilities are.

Pay is on a gig-by-gig basis depending on the venue and deal worked out with the venue. We play mostly coffee shops and some bars. We play mostly original music with a few covers and traditional songs. 

Most practice and all recording is held in St. Paul, with a few weekend-long practices being held in Menomonie, WI. Should have reliable transportation to and from practices and recording sessions.
