Job duties:
    * Vendor Inventory Coordinator for the Minneapolis office is designed to increase productivity for the Best Buy and Target sales teams by moving routine duties from the account Vendor Inventory Analysts (VIA) to the Vendor Inventory Coordinator (VIC) thereby allowing the account VIAs to delve into deeper analysis pertinent to the account. Because the position is new, we expect that the position will evolve over time to strike the perfect balance of responsibility between Target and Best Buy tasks.

Basic Duties:
    * Report to VP Field Sales with direction from Best Buy and Target VIAs and account execs
    * Keep constant communication with senior account executives
    *  Pull daily and weekly reports or create reports per direction. Circulate reports as needed
    * Maintain and update the SONY BMG Central account site. Keep it current by making account personnel changes and advertising/marketing changes

    * Create and maintain new release set ups for Best Buy and Target
    * Endcap tracking: track sales from end-cap promotions, analyze lifts and compare sales to previous promotions
    *  Compare label forecasts and account projections to actual sales

    *  Advertising Spreadsheet: Maintain a spreadsheet for Best Buy and Target to track moves and changes in    advertising sets
    * Track historical sales for circular titles

    * Update & Send target I/O airplay update report every Monday morning
    * Gather & Report Tag information for Target and Best Buy 
    *  Send shipped & Open Reports for BBY every morning
    * Send BBY unshipped reports (Daily)
    * BBY Order Reports - Update and report any potential order problems for Best Buy (Daily)
    * Update and send Possible Passed Orders Report for BBY every Wednesday
    * Gather and email artwork as requested for the BBY Circular
    * Update and email BBY Exclusives report every Wednesday
