McNally Smith College of Music awards an average of $2 million in scholarships and grants each year and more than 95% of our students receive financial assistance to help cover their educational costs.
When you apply to McNally Smith, you are automatically considered for our institutional merit-based scholarships. There is no additional scholarship application for you to complete.
Scholarship award levels are based on the materials you submit during the admission process, including your audition or demo scores, GPA and other test scores. You must enroll as a full-time student in order to be eligible for institutional scholarships. You will be notified of your scholarship award at the time of acceptance.

Grants are another component of McNally Smith’s College-funded financial aid program. We encourage you to file your Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible in order to determine your eligibility for need-based institutional grants, in addition to state and federal grants.
