This $4,000-per-semester scholarship is presented to an incoming or current McNally Smith College of Music Business student each academic year. This scholarship automatically renews every semester as long as the student achieves a GPA of 3.0 for each semester’s work and enrolls full-time for up to four semesters. Room and board, books, and course materials are not included.

All scholarship recipients will be notified by mail and posted on the McNally Smith College of Music Scholarship web page by April 9, 2012.

Conclave Learning Conference

The scholarship winner will be notified by April 9, 2012 and will receive the award at the annual Conclave Learning Conference in July. The winner is encouraged to attend The Conclave and will receive a stipend to help cover travel and lodging expenses. The Conclave will provide complimentary tuition to attend the weekend Learning Conference.

About the Conclave

Since 1979, the non-profit Conclave — in keeping with its mission of educating the music industry — has been awarding scholarships to deserving students desiring an education in the radio and music industries.

Scholarship applications are due March 1, 2012 for the 2012-2013 school year.
