Transcript Requests
The cost for an official transcript is $10.00, the cost for a "rush" official transcript is $20.00.
Transcript request may be downloaded below and delivered to the registrar as follows:

Please Note:

Incomplete forms will not be honored. Please make sure all information provided is complete and in FULL.
Because of confidentiality concerns, telephone requests cannot be honored.
Transcripts will be mailed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of request, "rush" transcripts are done next business day.
Current students may request an "unofficial transcript" at no cost. Unofficial transcripts are not available to former students and alumni.
If you will be forwarding your transcript to another institution, our office will sign and seal the mailing envelope. Please do not open it.
Express Mail or other form of special delivery will be provided only if a pre-paid mailer is included with the transcript request.
